to know you and learning what you plan for your event are important
parts of making sure your custom order will be just the way you want it
to be. We ask that you take time to sit down with us to discuss your
preferences for your special occasion. Please call us as far in advance
of your occasion’s date as possible, so we can make an appointment to
discuss your needs in detail. It is a good idea to bring with you any
photographs or clippings you may have that illustrate what you’d like
your own item to look like. It’s also the time to ask all the questions you may have about our services and about what the total charges for your order will be. You can be comfortable in knowing we won’t surprise you later by billing you for extra charges beyond what we have discussed ahead of time. |

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Deposit required on
all wedding cakes when order is placed. Deposits are not refundable later than 90 days prior to the date reserved with us for delivery. Creating your special order takes time, skill, and great attention. When you place your order with us, your delivery date is reserved for you, which means we may have to refuse the requests of others for that date in order to give yours the attention it requires. If it becomes necessary for you to change the date or to cancel your event, please let us know as early as possible, so that we can make your original date available to others. |
